› Our shipping charges to Canada & USA are a flat fee per order.
› Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
› Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding published holidays.
› When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed.
› If there is no secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have a package delivered to your place of business. Please use the company name as specified in your account information.

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Cranberry Lane is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties or taxes and is the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot predict what the charges will be as they vary from country to country. For more information on your country's customs policy, please contact your local customs office.

American Customers
The prices are set to Canadian Dollars by default. If you wish to convert to US currency, simply select the US FLAG on the navigation menu on the very left of the online store window. If you have additional questions, please send us an email or call us toll free at 1-800-833-4533.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to Canadian locations are subject to a 6% GST charge. Orders shipped within British Columbia are subject to an additional 7% PST charge.
Orders shipped to the USA and International destinations do not pay either tax and so only pay for the product and the cost of shipping.

We use the information that you give us to process your payment, ship your order out, and send you any information that you request. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, return it with the Return Information Sheet.

› All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
